Adel Khreich, Executive Director

Adel founded blueVisions with a vision to work with a trusted, senior team to deliver exceptional results for every blueVisions’ project. Today that vision underpins the company’s exceptional performance for an elite client list.

Adel is a recognised expert in Project Management, Planning & Controls and the provision of Contract Services. He is an experienced facilitator and has worked extensively with both the public and private sectors on projects from less than a million dollars to over $3 billion.

Sam Chidiac, Director

Sam is a founding member of blueVisions with over 20 years public and private sector experience. He is highly regarded in a number of industries as a specialist and highly credible planning and controls expert. He leads a team of specialists known throughout the construction industry for their analytic skills and strategic thinking.

Jill Arkell, Director Strategy

Jill manages strategic planning and execution as well as business development and marketing. She is focused on maximising client benefit utilising blueVisions’ extensive skills and experience.

A key part of Jill’s role is organisational development within blueVisions. Like those we offer clients, our own training and development programme aligns individual goals with those of the organisation. As a result, talented people remain committed to blueVisions, which helps us remain committed to our clients.

Michael Chachaty, Director

Michael has over 10 years experience of project management consulting including project management capability improvement initiatives, process development and delivery of large scale technical and business projects for both Government and private sector clients.

Mark Eid, Regional Manager Middle East and North Africa

Mark is leading our blueVisions MENA division and has more than 24 years of Civil and Structural Design, Design Management, Building Construction and Project Management experience in Australia, the Middle East and North Africa.

He has strong professional leadership, communication and people management skills. Through a strong track record of successful project delivery, Mark has a wide knowledge of the key requirements of successful project management.

Arun Gunasegaram, Regional Manager West Australia & Queensland

Arun leads our WA & QLD teams and is an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Services Manager with extensive EPCM experience on multi-million dollar operations from project commencement through to successful completion. He brings a valuable mix of consulting and client side experience, understanding first-hand the opportunities for clients to achieve significant quantifiable bottom line benefits through the application of objective, strategic end-to-end specialist project services.

John Sung, Business Unit Manager NSW, VIC & Defence

John is a mechanical engineer with over 17 years experience in project management. His primary focus has been on the management of design documentation, construction and the commissioning process with particular attention to risk management within time and cost constraints. John’s project delivery capability includes; project portfolio management, university projects, health projects, project management consultancy and residential development. application of objective, strategic end-to-end specialist project services.

George Diab, Principal of Contract Services

George Diab has over 17 years experience as a professional in the building and construction industry and has extensive experience in front end planning and programming of construction and engineering projects, as well as forensic planning and the analysis of delay and disruption claims.

George has provided planning and delay analysis services for Australia’s top tier to small sized construction companies, developers and principals on projects spanning the health, residential, commercial, industrial, education, energy, infrastructure and retail sectors.

Roland Marshall, Business Unit Manager QLD

Roland has a strong project and program management track record with particular expertise in highly politicised and media sensitive environments including the successful leadership of a number of Queensland Building the Education Revolution (BER) projects. He is an expert in leading multidisciplinary teams towards common goals with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills and is particularly adept at community engagement.

Tasia Hutama, Senior Associate Director, Contract Services

Tasia has nearly 20 years experience in the construction industry as a specialist in project planning and controls for water treatment, building and infrastructure projects. She is highly skilled in time management, development of high-level strategies for project implementation, detailed development and analysis of project schedules and development of master schedules with close monitoring and reporting of progress to all levels of management.

Matthew Walker, Regional Manager Newcastle

Matthew has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, from site management and contracts administration, through to project management for both individual projects ranging from $500,000.00 refurbishments to multiple projects of up to $60,000,000.00. He is an excellent project manager, adept at stakeholder management and all aspects of project control, to ensure a successful delivery in a broad mix of areas including education, health, housing, water, and defence.

Terry Daly, Program Director Special Projects

Terry has over 30 years of building and construction industry experience. He has held roles as designer, project director, project manager, developer, contractor / builder and client through both public and private sector program director roles. He is a specialist in client-side management of major projects and complex portfolios and an expert in governance and risk management.
