Designed to give team leaders the skills, confidence and motivation to effectively manage stakeholders. It has been developed by blueVisions high performing project managers based on up to date studies relating to emotional intelligence, behavioural psychology and advanced inter / intra-personal communication. In addition, it includes an actual case study of successful stakeholder management in action.

Stakeholder Management is a result of the ability and willingness of the Project Manager to make communications with stakeholders and meeting and managing their needs a primary focus in their projects. This aspect of Project Management is often the source of greatest frustration and done well, can also be the most fulfilling experience for a Project Manager. .
