Client: Danone Asia - Pacific

Danone Asia-Pacific were seeking a project management application program to support the key strategic goals of growth and improved competitive advantage. The program was launched with a highly successful Discovery Stage which enabled the team to fully understand current business drivers, stakeholder expectations and country-specific considerations for the development of a regional approach for project capability improvement.

RTA was implementing a major business improvement initiative, and seeking to develop a project management application. Through extensive consultation and collaborative requirements gathering with the infrastructure delivery teams the resulting project management solution achieved stronger control over management information and project delivery performance.

 

Review and Improvement of Project Management Capability

Client: City of Sydney (CoS)

City of Sydney embarked on an initiative to review and improve its project management delivery capability in the face of major organisational change and the doubling of its project works program. The scope of the program included the development of a relevant, practical methodology with tailored processes and templates and project management training. The integrated approach created a “will to win” culture characterised by improved motivation and a can-do attitude.
