Our approach begins with the development of clear and concise performance-based statements of work, followed by the preparation of a contract administration plan that cost-effectively measures the contractor’s performance and provides documentation to pay accordingly. Additionally, it includes those activities performed by a contracts manager after a contract has been awarded to determine performance requirements of both the client and contractor to meet the contract requirements.
