The redevelopment and expansion of Arthur Phillip High School (APHS) and Parramatta Public School (PPS) present a unique opportunity to construct a campus centrally located in the heart of the Parramatta CBD. They both showcase the delivery of multi‐story education facilities in response to metropolitan Sydney's increasing residential density.
Appointed as the Project Management consultant to manage the Contractor (Watpac) in delivering the construction works under an AS4000 Construct only Contract that was heavily modified by SINSW.
