Hitachi Rail STS
Design, perform, test, commission, deliver and maintain 75 ETCS Pre-Series MUs to significantly increase the capacity and safety of the South East Queensland train fleet. Assistance was required by the project manager in planning, tracking and controlling the project more effectively.
Effective control of project schedule and earned value management, utilising data gathered directly from the project engineers and detailed project plans.
By leveraging these resources, we were able to help the project manager and project engineers improve their decision-making processes and enhance the overall management of their project.
As a result, the project managers were able to achieve greater efficiency, better critical paths control, and improved performance.
