The asset remediation group at the Port of Melbourne plays a critical role in maintaining the Port's infrastructure and enhancing its overall performance. Assistance was required by various project managers in planning and controlling their predominantly small-sized projects more effectively.
Provided support in the effective control of project schedules, project cost, earned value management and in the preparation of more accurate cash-flows, utilising data gathered directly from the projects, as well as using detailed project plans.
