Review and Improvement of Project Management Capability
Client: City of Sydney (CoS)
City of Sydney embarked on an initiative to review and improve its project management delivery capability in the face of major organisational change and the doubling of its project works program. The scope of the program included the development of a relevant, practical methodology with tailored processes and templates and project management training.
