Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC) is the development of an approximately $2.5bn world-class facility in Perth to support leadership in clinical care, research and education in the State of Western Australia. The 274 bed children’s hospital will be a leading pediatric and research facility, replacing Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH).

Gosford Mental Health Centre

This state-of-the-art 30 bed mental health facility was designed to provide improved delivery of care to patients with acute mental illness on the NSW Central Coast, replacing the existing 25 bed Mandala Psychiatric Unit and including features such as Assisted Daily Living rooms, four courtyards, as well as recreational and fitness equipment.

Albany Health Campus was a major new hospital facility to serve Albany (south of Perth) and the adjoining districts. The project involved the design and construction of the major new health facility, decommissioning and demolition of the existing facility.

Bega Health Service Redevelopment

The Bega Valley Health Service redevelopment aims to provide one integrated health service on a Greenfield site. The new facility will provide primary and secondary health services to the Bega Valley Shire community including inpatients services, community health as well as community and inpatient mental health with an estimated capital cost of $100million.


North Metropolitan Area Health Strategy

The North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) is predominantly a community based health service with clinics spread throughout the western and northern suburbs of Perth. The strategy incorporated various sites with numerous projects proposed within each site and included reviewing various project options and developing various delivery strategies as well as detailed delivery logic and durations.

Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

The $350 million redevelopment of Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital campus included the construction of a new hi-tech clinical building providing over 600 beds, 22 operating theatres, neonatal intensive care unit, intensive care unit and high dependency unit as well as the $30 million Stage 2, providing a further 13,000 square metres expansion of the eastern campus.
