Belmore Park Substation
Client: Energy Australia 
Belmore Park Zone Substation was planned as a major facility to serve a large part of the southern Sydney CBD, including development of one side of the site and the air space above the zone substation for commercial and retail purposes.


Campbell St Substation
Client: Belmadar Constructions 
This was one of the first major zone substations to be constructed on behalf of Ausgrid and is located on the edge of the city of Sydney as a working building and was part of a wider network upgrade.


City North Zone Substation
Client: Ausgrid
City North Substation, the largest in Sydney, was designed to replace the City North 33/11kV zone substation to meet electrical load requirements for the City of Sydney’s future growth. A key objective of the project was the achievement of an optimum environment for equipment operation and staff functions with minimum energy consumption. Its envelope has three basement floors and five levels above ground.

Dalley St Sub Station
Client: Ausgrid
Dalley St. Zone Substation is an old zone substation in the financial district of Sydney and operated until the end of its life span . The site, surrounded by large commercial office buildings, involved archaeological issues and difficult access via a small lane. Ausgrid’s Business case proposed the existing 4 stories be increased by two to house new capacitors and transformers to cope with the modern power demands.

Homebush STS Redevelopment

A major transmission zone substation development that included a new underground tunnel system to distribute the HV cables, upgrading of the existing transformer compounds for blast proof capability and new underground oil tank containers.

Kogarah Zone Substation
Client: Ausgrid
This $40 million zone electricity substation in the Kogarah area was commissioned to meet the future electricity needs of homes and businesses in the St George region. The design was prepared to complement future commercial development along Railway Parade, Kogarah, but also to fit in with the local residential area.

P3E Implement Support
Client: Ausgrid
The implementation of P3E represented a significant cultural shift to a project management focus and introduced major organisational change. This required an effective change management strategy underpinned by P3E implementation support and one-on-one coaching to ensure successful buy-in and take up.


Qenos Cogeneration
Client: UGL
This project replaces an existing steam boiler on the Olefins site at Altona with a modern cogeneration unit which will meet all of Qenos’s electricity demands. The project will result in a reduction of approximately 100,000 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions per year. At the heart of the cogeneration unit will be a "state of the art" gas turbine, which will be the first of its kind in Australia.
