NBESP Social Housing Program
Client: Housing NSW
The Program was created to deliver social housing projects as part of the Australian Government’s Nation Building and Economic Stimulus Plan with $3bn contributed to build 6300 new homes in NSW including the fast tracking of more than $226m of pre-approved social housing developments throughout NSW.


Building The Education Revolution (BER)
Client: QLD Department of Education & Training 
The Building the Education Revolution $16.2bn (BER) program was the single largest element of the Australian Government’s $42bn Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan. The aim was to modernise schools through the delivery of necessary infrastructure and by doing so, support local jobs and stimulate investment, delivering world-class, 21st century facilities.


Camperdown Housing Redevelopment And Telopea Urban Renewal Projects
Client: Housing NSW
This ongoing role for the Project Development Unit, Assets Division of Human Services Housing NSW encompasses two projects, one at Camperdown to deliver an 8 storey high density residential apartment block and the other at Telopea – multi stage high density residential community with both social housing and private housing. blueVisions’ initial role was to manage the 1st Stage of 53 units in the Moffats precinct and 102 units in the Shortland precinct both in the social housing sector.


Sydney Town Hall Upgrade
Client: City of Sydney
The Sydney Town Hall Upgrade project was the completion of stage 1 of a five year plan to restore, conserve and protect the 19th century building, bringing the Town Hall into the modern era while retaining its historic charm and respecting its heritage significance.


Andrew Boy Charlton Pool
Client: Reed Constructions 
Andrew Boy Charlton pool located within Domain. The old pool had been in operation for well over 50 years. This project involved the demolition of the old pool and structure and re-building the new pool. Works involved new sea piles, refurbishment of the sea wall, a new structure to support the pool and new pool building to house the various pool facilities.


Ian Thorpe Pool
Client: City of Sydney 
The Ian Thorpe Pool was a major civil project undertaken by the City of Sydney. The iconic $40 million facility was a complex architectural and structural design. Housed in a distinctive wave-form building, the pool was designed by Harry Seidler’s architectural practice.


Macquarie University Learning and Research Centre (building C3C)
Client: AW Edwards 
The highly innovative  landmark Centre involved the construction of a five level library space (total GFA 16,000 sqm) including one level underground, an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), exhibition space, courtyard and roof landscaped area at level 2 podium.


Sydney Showground Redevelopment
Client: AW Edwards 
The design and construction of the Sydney Showground Redevelopment involved reconfiguration of the existing main arena to create a multi-purpose oval based stadium with a capacity for up to 25,000 person as well as construction of new covered grandstands on the South East and North East sections of the Main Arena.  Further to this was an upgrade of corporate hospitality, bars and function space as well as refurbishment of the existing grandstand area, including resurfacing of the main arena and the creation of new media centre facilities.
