Institute of Management is blueVisions learning and development division and a Registered Training Organistion (RTO) providing project, leadership and management training. Our focus is on providing training to improve our client’s project execution and delivery including Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Project Management qualifications as well as Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and PMI certification and an extensive range of behavioural related soft skills courses.

The Institute of Management also has an expanding suite of Sustainability Courses to help business leaders understand the issues, consider the various scenarios and respond - from building resilience through to outperforming the market.

We provide training strongly differentiated by a practical approach informed by our day-to-day experiences as a project consultancy. We aim to deliver real experience for real results, combining hands-on capability with best practice theory, methodology and processes.

Our trainers are experienced project managers, delivering courses and workshops in a highly interactive environment, bringing to life project critical success factors through first hand experiences, war stories and practically based case studies.
