Job Description
• Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information.
• Perform coverage simulation and analysis. 
• Be involved in trial projects for new products & features.
• Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve the performance of his area.
• Perform basic initial radio optimization such as new site for coverage / quality based on drive test result. 
• Supporting Marketing Division to acquire solution from technical point of view.
• Build a good relationship with operator, vendor and sub-contractor.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization 2G/3G/4G
• Have deep knowledge in multiple vendor Radio Equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and ZTE).
• Have strong knowledge in planning macro cell tower, micro cell pole, and indoor coverage.
• Experience performing drive test 2G/3G/LTE and analysis. 
• Experience in Spectrum Analysis, Sector health analysis for stationary and mobile devices, Site level optimization through DT Logs, Network level optimization for Coverage, Qos and Capacity.
• Familiar in using Radio Network Planning Tools such as Forsk (Atoll) / Aircom (Netact)/Optimi, etc
• Expert using Mapinfo and Mapbasic as advantages for site analysis
• Experience in creating reporting / presentation based on Microsoft office application (Superior in Excel & PPT) 
• Good on Soft Skill Communication (Costumer Persuasive orientation)
• Fast Learning & high adaptability.
• Have a high interest in the development of the telecommunications world and issues that occur.
