We are looking for a National Bid Specialist to lead the bidding within the company.

 

The Responsibilities of the role cover:

 

Respond to Tenders and Quotes:

 

·         Review tender and quotations requests and consult with the sales team

·         Prepare tender plan – schedule of who/when/what to write tender submission

·         Write the tender, including compiling input from others in accordance with the plan

·         Price tender, in consultation with relevant stakeholders

·         Seek final tender approval from management and complete tender lodgement requirements

 

Strengthen and continually improve IM’s tender capability

 

·         Developing Templates and Standard Responses into the Bid Response Library

·         Recommend innovation in how we respond to tenders (e.g. infographics, outlines, presentations, testimonials etc) in collaboration with the marketing team

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

·         University qualified in sales, marketing, communications or education fields

·         Experience preparing tenders, particularly within an L&D context

·         5+ years’ experience bidding for government tenders

·         Track record of successful tender outcomes
