• 10 - 15 years' experience in Sales or Business Development. Retail experience is highly regarded.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Strong business acumen and creative thinking.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).
• Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, leadership, customer & target oriented, and network building.
• Willing to do business trips to all areas.
• Strategic thinking, good communication, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.
