• Minimum 5 years' experience in the same field and 2 years' experience as Sales Manager. Retail experience is highly regarded.
• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process; data analysis; and understanding in sales and marketing strategy.
• Able to speak English (Advance Level).
• Strong leadership, strong communication skills.
• Willing to do business trips to all areas.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.
• Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, customer & target oriented, and network building.

The Regional Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for:

• Achieving Revenues generation across products and regions through ASOC and all channels (dealer of Reseller activities and ASOC activities agent, community, etc).
• Hire, develop and train resources in addition team will perform with excellent result.
• Develop robust sales distribution within every channel in region & Ensure quality.
• Maintain relationship with Reseller. 
• Make sure all booking, administration is done properly as policy.  
• Strategize & plan the sales process management, key account management, expenses, profitability & market research.  
• Periodically review distributor performance through Area Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps. 
• Handle sales process with accuracy and timeliness. 
• Achieve sales KPI and GMV growth.
